These terms cover your use of See The New U (seethenewu.com), run by Matson Global 1 LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

What See The New U is

You upload a selfie and we use AI image tools to show you what you might look like with different hairstyles and hair colors. The pictures are previews to help you and your stylist plan. They are not a promise of how your hair will turn out. Real results depend on your hair (thickness, texture, current color, health) and on your stylist. We are not a salon and we don't give professional hair or medical advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You may only upload photos of yourself. Don't upload photos of anyone else, of anyone under 18, or anything explicit or illegal.

Your photo and your pictures

Your selfie stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to make your looks and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use your Lookbook pictures for personal use, like showing your stylist or sharing with friends.

Buying a Lookbook

• A Lookbook is a one-time purchase, $9.99 (or $7.95 for returning customers). It is not a subscription.
• Before you pay, you see free looks made from your chosen photo and confirm you're happy with that photo.
• Your Lookbook includes 2 styles in 20 colors, side and back views on request, stylist cards, 3 free remakes, and one free style swap within 45 days of purchase.
• A Lookbook is a custom digital product made from your photo. See our Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your private link

Your Lookbook lives at a private link. Anyone with the link can see it, so only share it with people you trust. You can delete your Lookbook at any time from that page.

Don't misuse the service

Don't try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or use it to make pictures of other people. We may block access if the service is misused.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is." AI pictures can contain mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
