Refund Policy

Every Lookbook is a custom digital product made from your photo, so we've built in ways to get it right before and after you buy.

Before you pay

You see free looks made from your photo first, and you confirm you're happy with that photo before checkout. If the free looks aren't right, try a different selfie at no cost.

After you pay

• 3 free remakes: if a picture comes out wrong, tap "Remake this one."
• Pictures that fail to come out at all can be retried free, and don't count as a remake.
• One free style swap within 45 days if you change your mind about a style.

Email us within 7 days of your purchase. We'll work with you to make it right, and if we can't, we'll review a refund case by case.
